We decided to set up our travel blog to hopefully inspire others to get out and see Australia. We live in such a beautiful country, with such a diverse landscape and it’s all in our own backyard.
In the drop down box, you will find our latest posts. As time goes on and our website grows we will add different menus to navigate the site easier.
The blog is also a way for us to chronicle our big lap, even writing these posts remind of us of all the epic places we have visited to date.
The website was set up to run alongside our Facebook page. We update our Facebook page very frequently with all the places we have visited in local towns. Detailing where we have been, like national parks, beaches, lookouts, museums or points of interest and our usual haunt of cafes for our morning tea. We are also on Instagram, which we generally update daily, with heaps of pictures, showing what we are up to.
Each post will cover a certain area of our trip, with more detailed blogs than what we would post to Facebook and Instagram. Because let’s face it, people only look at the pictures on social media.
We are owned by a German shorthaired pointer called Tilly. She really does rule the roost lol, Some of our posts will be Tilly related. From dog friendly caravan parks, cafes, exercise parks and beaches to where we shop for her and save money!
So going forward with our travel blog, we are open to ideas. So if anyone would like us to cover a certain topic or area. Please feel free to contact us via our email address or through social media with any requests or questions.
